dog is super aggressive towards all other dogs

my dog is uncontrolably savage towards most other dogs,when i walk him and he sees another dog he acts like he wants to kill it and i can not stop his aggresion or control him,ive tried everything. hes ok with 2 out of three of my other dogs but would kill my maltese male if given the chance. i cant walk him anywhere near any other dog in public. or if im driving my car and he sees a dog he bashes the window savagely to try get out and get the other dog. hes 3 years old,alaskan malamute x kelpie and red heeler. he is beautifully trained in every other aspect a very good boy other than his dog savageness. its beyond a joke,he goes mad when he sees another dog. help!!!!

This is a serious problem as this breed is very close to the grey wolf, and therefore can have very strong natural instincts. Small dogs would be seen as prey - and neither the crosses are considered dog friendly breeds either.... Is there something that you can relate to that may have triggered this behaviour? Has he been attacked @ young age? From what age have you had him ? and was he properly socialised from a young age. It would mean re-training him with better social skills, which is one of the harder things to retrain. Recommend you get good professional help, somebody who understand inter dog aggression.
