Spoodle yucky eating habit

I have a female spoodle. From the time I bought her, she liked to eat her own poo. Vets and friends said she'd grow out of it. She's 6 months now and still eats it. It's disgusting. I've tried changing her diet, feeding her more and feeding her less. Nothing has worked yet. Any suggestions? Thanks. AG

I kkkkkknooow ... its awful! Some dogs just do it. No one really knows why. What if you where to leave big meaty bones in the back yard? Would that divert her attention? I think you will just have to continue telling her you are very displeased with poo eating, and cross all fingers and paws that the vets are right!
