Huge Dog friendly Event in Maitland, NSW
In 2010 Maitland will host its
first Doggy Fun Day, a day of
interaction, celebration and
education on all things dogs.
Doggy Fun Day was first held in
2007 at Empire Park, opposite Bar
Beach in Newcastle. With an
exciting new location for 2010,
Morpeth Common, and a series of
fantastic activities and
initiatives Doggy Fun Day will
continue to grow this popularity
and success. So bring the whole
family along for a fun filled day
in honour of 'man's best friend!'

Doggy Fun Day is your perfect

Maitland City Council invites you
and your furry friends to join us
for Maitland?s inaugural Doggy
Fun Day to be held at Morpeth
Common on the 4th and 5th of
September between 10am ? 4pm.
Not only for dog owners, this
event will attract and entertain
all members of the community with
a range of programs and
activities on offer.
All sociable dogs are invited to
join in the fun. Entry to Doggy
Fun Day is by gold coin donation
and children?s entry is free.
Whether young or old, canine or
human, you will be sure to enjoy
this day of activities such as
dog pampering, active displays,
stalls, competitions,
entertainment and many more
exciting activities, as we come
together to celebrate ?man?s best
friend?, and promote responsible
dog ownership.
