Oz Doggy Privacy and Terms of Use:

Advertising Members:

Oz Doggy reserves the right to approve all applications for membership and without liability refund any application that has paid and is not approved for inclusion on Oz Doggy. The email form on business listings may be monitored as part of email uptime system checks. Oz Doggy contacts members once per month with performance results.

Memberships are automatically suspended if not renewed. We provide a minimum of 14 days notice of renewal. A grace period of up to 14 days after expiry may be applied solely at Oz Doggy discretion or to ensure 14 days to pay. Advertiser's information may be removed from the system and can not always be reactivated after expiry date. 

Once advertisement logo, title and subtitle is published they can not be changed, with the following exceptions. Basic memberships (listed in 1 category only) may change their logo and title details once per year. Priority members (listed in max 3 categories) may change their logo and title details twice per year. Additional requests for refreshing the content of pages / categories will be invoiced $27.50 INC GST. $10 dog for sale and all $10 classifieds can not be changed after publishing. All other listing changes are instantly updated and have no limits.

Additional search engine SEO and online services

From time to time Oz Doggy provides SEO and online marketing services outside of standard membership packages on the Oz Doggy website. Our Advertisers understand that a quote is first offered and must be accepted before work commences. Standard payment terms are 7 - 14 days from invoice date and this term is identified on your invoice. A reminder is always emailed within 48 hours of the final payment date. If the invoice is not paid at the due date, any other Oz Doggy services provided to the advertiser, like annual memberships or Google campaign management, may be paused or suspended solely at the discretion of Oz Doggy until the invoice for services quoted and agreed upon is paid and then any services paused will be reactivated. If an invoice for search engine SEO or other online services remains unpaid for 60 days from the invoice date, any annual membership specifically or other service generally will be permanently suspended and any membership advertising credit forfeited as payment against the outstanding invoice.

Breed Profile Members:

May not add links to commercial kennels, dog products and services. Oz Doggy will always credit the person, club or breeder that uploads a profile and allow an active email contact form or club website link. Only registered business members or breeders who have a paid membership on Oz Doggy may link to their commercial website from the dog breeds profile page.

Noticeboard Users and General Members:

Your email address is hidden from public view but mandatory for you to receive message replies. Email address is not released outside Oz Doggy. Users receive our Oz Doggy newsletter updates 1 per month which complies with Australian electronic mail regulations as being sent only to known addresses entered by visitors into Oz Doggy systems and specifically opted in or agreed to receive. These can be discontinued at any time. Private noticeboard replies are not monitored. We do not release any contact details of noticeboard users.

Refund policy

Retractable dog lead has a 14 day money back guarantee less postage and handling costs if not 100% happy with your purchase. 1 year manufacturers warranty applies for use correctly with puppies and dogs to 35kgs. Proof may be required that your dog is under 35 kgs. DVDs have a 7 day money back guarantee if not of merchantable quality. Annual paid memberships are not refundable once advertising services have commenced.

Credit card details not stored

We use the secure servers of PayPal and never see credit card details. We do not accept or process credit card details over the phone or via email under any platform outside direct payment through PayPal system.
