Chihuahua x defacating inside house, Blue Haven (NSW)

My 2yr old chihuahua x mini foxy is completely toilet trained and will go on command. Recently she has began defacting in every room of the house at night when everyone is asleep. She has access to outdoors and also to our bed. Please help.

In-home toileting is often a sign of lack of leadership ? in other words the dogs say this is my house and I can do what I want. I would restrict access for one and close all doors and/or get a pen / crate for her, so it will be controlled. Next issue is how to become a leader ? this may require amongst other things a lot less mollycoddling, carrying, responding to her etc. You may want to seek some professional advice on this. Please clean all the spots in the house with 1/3 white vinegar, 2/3 water solution, so you remove the scent.
