collie dominates and fights

We have two you collies, ones a Kelpie cross, the collie dominates and fights with the other quite often, to the point I have to tie the collie up. Any ides?

This is something that cant really be assesed over the internet. Try and pinpoint a reason as to what my create the arguments. It is rare for a dog to really try and cause harm to another, so there has to be a valid reason ? some where. There may also be a medical considition that is causing problems for the dog in question, hence he is lashing out. Think this one might also be best left for the expert oponion of your vet.
