Jumping Staffy

My staffyx is a jumping problem. If she can jump it, she will, if it's a bit too high she'll try to jump it and if it's way too high for her but she can see through, she'll bash her nose in trying to get through. She's thick as a brick, but I'd like some advice on how to stop this. She has to be chained to a tree in the yard, because of her fence 'obsession', and she chews rope leads.

Hahaha! God love them! I think this one might be a bit of a emotional issue, and something that may require some behavioural modification and a small course of drug therapy. I would consider talking to your vet, and most proper animal behaviourist will work in conjunction with your vet. It may be a expensive fix, although possibly the best and only fix if she is to live a happy and relaxed life.
