German Shepherd not long moved

We moved to a new house not long ago and our 7 year old German Sheperd has seemed to forgotten that she was toilet trained. Every morning when we get up there are puddles and Landmines in the house. We take her out at night before we go to bed, my husband gets up at 3am and takes her out again, yet there is still the mess in the morning. I use a citrus carpet spray to clean up the mess as I was told the citrus would deter her but it hasn't worked. Any suggestions would be great as we are renting and I have had to buy a carpet cleaner to shampoo the carpet each week.

Answer: Not long moved
I don't mean to scare you, but have you spoken to your vet? German Shepherds can suffer from a rare form of Renal Disease, which is similar to Kidney Failure (Kidney Failure is more common). And I do believe that it's symptoms (symptoms which mainly include frequency of urination) can come on later in life. Is your dog experiencing any signs of Diarrhea, Weight loss, Discoloration of teeth, loss of appetite or Increased water consumption? If so, I would make a booking with your vet asap! If your dog is not showing any of these signs, pls get back to me.
