Dog Friendly Cafes

Trying to gather a list of Dog Friendly cafes! It seems Sydney seem to be the most accepting?

I think Sydney and Melbourne are doing well in the dog Cafe stakes. Of course, Sydney's most well known place is Cafe Bones on the Hawthorne Canal (FYI: This was built by my great great grandfather, John Hawthorne, who was in the Legislative Assembly for Leichhardt!).
