Help for a Staffi

The poor male staffy next door is being abused. I know nobody has fed him in the last few days, and he tries to scrabble his way over the fence when I'm out playing with my dogs, he pretty much cries all day too. I threw a few doggy treats to him today. When I call the RSPCA he goes quiet when they go to the front door, and because he's still got some meat on him I can't prove that either. I'd prefer to have him here then have him go to the RSPCA, I'm the one who's concerned, I want to help him get better. Do you know how I can help him?

Answer: Help for a Staffi
Oh my gosh, thank god for people like you! Firstly, contact the people at the Staffy club (this is the NSW site) http://www.staffordsoz.org.au. I am quite sure they would do thier best to help. Secondly, try contacting the police. The RSPCA is a bit limited in what they can do. That is another subject all together. Please try these two avenues and contact me to let me know how you.
